Delivery terms in brief:
1. Products have a 14-day return policy.
2. Products that are in stock have a delivery time of 1 - 7 business days.
3. If the consumer has been delivered the wrong product, or the product is defective, the consumer must notify the customer service of the Mosainteriors.fi online store either by email mosa(a)mosainteriors.fi or by phone 0400 899 546 (Mon-Fri 11-17)
4. Mosainteriors.fi is not responsible if the delivery of the order is prevented, made difficult or delayed due to circumstances beyond Mosainteriors.fi's control, such as war, natural disaster, export or import ban, official decision, disruption of public traffic or other similar activities that hinder or prevent the operation of the Mosainteriors.fi online store.

1. Delivery time
The delivery time for our products is 1 - 7 business days. We always strive for the fastest possible delivery.
2. Delivery methods
- Pick up from the store, no fees.
Note! The store will confirm the pickup via text message when possible. Proof of identity is required when picking up the order. Klarna orders will only be handed over to the billing customer in person.
Pick-up from your chosen Posti , price €7.90, home delivery with Posti home delivery €24.90. Please note that larger products can only be delivered to your home or picked up from the store. Pick up the products you ordered from your own Posti. You will be notified by text message or email when the package arrives and you can pick up your shipment from Posti immediately after 4 pm on the day of arrival.
Pick-up from your chosen Posti parcel machine , price €7.90. Pick up your ordered products from your chosen Posti parcel machine. You will be notified by text message of the arrival of the package and you can pick up your shipment from the machine immediately.
Home delivery by post , price €24.90.Posti's home delivery is an easy way to receive your shipment. Smaller items will be delivered to the address of your choice. For larger items, Posti will agree on a delivery time with you.
Shipments are delivered to recipients in larger cities on weekdays by 9 pm and in other areas by 2 pm or 5 pm. You can track the progress of Posti shipments using the tracking number, which you will receive by email when we send the package.
Pick-up from the nearest Matkahuolto , price €7.90. Please note that larger products can only be delivered to your home or picked up from the store.
Pick-up from the nearest convenience store or R-kiosk , price €7.90. Please note that larger products can only be delivered to your home or picked up from the store.
In addition to Matkahuolto, you can pick up your package from any Matkahuolto partner location. The application searches for the locations closest to the delivery address, from which you can choose the one you prefer as your pick-up point. When the package is available for pick-up at the destination station, you will receive a notification via text message.
Delivery directly to your door , price €24.90.
Matkahuolto will deliver the package to the customer's door. Delivery is agreed with the customer over the phone. When you enter your email address in your order information, you will receive a Matkahuolto tracking number in your email upon delivery, which you can use to track the progress of your order.
Note: The seller has the right to choose the most economical delivery method for shipments that are not suitable for transportation by the selected delivery method, for example due to the size of the shipment.
3. Payment methods
Klarna Checkout
Klarna Checkout is a convenient, flexible and secure way to shop online. By answering a few simple questions, you can easily identify yourself in the service and choose the payment method that suits you best.
The options available to you are Invoice, installment payment, online banking and credit cards - all equally secure! 4. Right of return and product exchanges
Products have a full 14-day return policy. The returned product must be unused and unaltered.
We ask that you return the products as a Posti customer return to the following address:
Mosa Interiors, Fredrikinkatu 24, 00120 HELSINKI, customer number 654019.
The same right of return applies to damaged products or if you have otherwise received an incorrect delivery.
However, we kindly ask you to state in your notification:
Reason for return (if damaged or incorrect product)
Subscriber identification information (name / order number)
Do you just want to return the product and get your money back, or would you like us to send a similar product to replace the damaged or incorrect product (and refund any difference).
We will primarily refund money via Klarna.
We charge a return fee of €7.90 for customer returns.
UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES
We charge a new delivery fee for resending an undelivered package, because an undelivered package is different from a returned product. If the customer does not pick up their package from a Posti or Matkahuolto pickup point, we charge a delivery fee of €9.90 for the return. The customer will be refunded the order minus the delivery fee. The fee is based on actual postage and handling costs.
5. Complaints
Please send all complaints related to the order or delivery within seven (7) days of receiving the order to: Mosa(a)mosainteriors.fi or call 0400 899 546.
6. Cancelling an order
The customer may cancel their order if delivery has not taken place within a reasonable time. Cancellation of the order must be notified to mosa@mosainteriors.fi or by calling 0400 899 546. We usually notify our customers by email or phone if the delivery time differs from normal. Mosainteriors.fi also reserves the right to cancel the order and return the money to the customer's account.
